The challenge

High-volume teams reviewed every incoming request against sprawling organizational policy by hand, which was slow, inconsistent, and hard to defend under audit.

Who it is for

Compliance and operations teams that process high volumes of policy-governed requests.

My role

I designed and built the system end to end, from how it reasons to how it deploys.

How it works

  • Every verdict is grounded in the organization's own policy, never in a general model's opinion.
  • The engine returns an Approved, Denied, or Escalate verdict with cited references to the governing policy.
  • The system runs in the cloud or fully air-gapped for sensitive environments.

Security and compliance

  • The air-gapped deployment keeps sensitive policy and request data inside the organization boundary.
  • Every verdict cites its source, which gives reviewers a defensible chain of reasoning.

The decisions that mattered

  • I grounded verdicts in cited sources so an auditor can reconstruct each decision.
  • I built for air-gapped operation so the engine fits regulated and classified settings.

Outcomes

  • The engine removes manual review from high-volume compliance workflows.
